The Humming Bird is an advanced non-contact infrared thermometer (NCIT) specifically designed to measure body temperature rapidly to detect signs of illness or virus infection. By utilizing an infrared lens to focus thermal radiation emitted from the body onto a detector (thermopile), the device converts this energy into an electrical signal displayed instantly as an accurate temperature reading.
